Diet and nutrition have been a part of a roller coaster ride for me throughout my life. I was an overweight kid in grade school and I have since transitioned into a much more average build in my 20s. I have some thoughts and goals that I like to share with people based on my journey thus far. Overall, it’s important to understand what you’re looking to achieve in the kitchen and in the gym. Make it a lifestyle, not just something you do to get ready for the beach.
